Primary Series Jaw Crusher is a new crushing machine developed by Liming Heavy Industry, after the release of traditional jaw crusher. The primary series jaw crusher is designed to handle hard and abrasive materials, and it is the first stage of crushing in the crushing process.
The main components of a primary series jaw crusher include a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate. The fixed jaw plate is fixed to the front frame of the crusher, while the movable jaw plate is attached to the swing jaw. The material to be crushed is fed into the top of the crusher through the feeder, and the moving jaw plate applies pressure to the material to crush it against the fixed jaw plate. The crushed material then falls through the bottom of the crusher.

Working Principle of Primary Series Jaw Crusher：
Firstly, the motor drives belt and pulley to make the movable jaw move back and forth, up and down around the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw pushes the movable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate, materials get crushed. When movable jaw and plate move backwards under the action of the eccentric shaft and spring, the materials crushed before would be discharged from the port under the jaw plate. As the motor works continuously, the movable jaw can crush or discharge materials periodically, so that volume production can be achieved.
